Good morning. Well for some reason I'm incredibly hungry today. I'm still doing the 16/8!fast so not schedule to eat until noon. Not sure if I didn't include enough butter and coconut oil in my bulletproof coffee or is it because I did butter with coconut oil vs the heavy cream option one of my buddies here mentioned. I was just trying to stay away from the fat today but it has sustained me prior to today 🤔. Oh well I'm just trying not to pass out. Work is busy and it's going to be exceptionally nice weather today so maybe I'll go for a walk to take my mind off food.

That is obviously the reason you are ravenous ... no fats. Fats keep you satisfied, IF you are eating low carb. You only stay away from fats if you are eating low calorie. Hope you don't pass out. LOL!
