Pretty .... I wonder if the climate there is similar to what we have in the desert? We have some peach trees here that look like twins to your picture. It was like 75 degrees here yesterday .... A glorious day!

Glen, I think our climate is probably more varied than yours, more unpredictable, more rain, and probably just a little bit cooler than yours in general. Did you see my pictures of snow about a month ago? That is very rare here, but I don't suppose you ever get any! Ours only lasted a few hours, but was so pretty! Haven't seen peaches growing here, only almonds, and cherries when you get higher up in the mountains. Oranges here too, of course, and olives and vines. Italy is big on peaches, and I think the south of France, judging by Van Gogh's paintings!

Beautiful blossom. The flowers look really pretty and delicate with the light shining through them. It would make a good subject for a painting.

Thought I'd let you know, I had to create an email card on Powerpoint for my niece who lives in Belgium and wanted a pretty picture for it, so I decided to use your almond trees, followed by a pink slide for the greeting. Looked really nice and I told her the trees are near to where you are living in Spain.
