Was a better day this morning since I planned last night what I was taking to work. I brought all my food except for an afternoon snack and we had saltine crackers and peanut butter here so I made a snack of 5 crackers with 2T. of peanut butter. I know it's not the best snack because of all the fat but it does have lots of protein. Still getting used to eating all this food and hoping it will actually help me lose weight or at least make me healthier.
It's 4 pm and I have drank 66 ounces of water so far and have 14 ounces to go. I get off work at 5 and start a new part time job at 5:30. My full time job I sit all day and this job I will be standing so I get to put standing for 4 hours as exercise. I will have to see how tired I am before I can say I walked on treadmill tonight.
