DAY 313...now slowly getting myself into a routine , so here we go again .
not going to worry so much , that is where i have been going wrong . so we are now going o focus on what is important . lynnie is my sister in law , she is doing better than me , but i know i am here for the long hall .

It takes a whole 24 hours to diet 1 successful day, and it just takes a few minutes in any day in order to sabotage our success, so, although that may sound quite off-putting, looking at it another way, if you can at least work out which hour of your day you are at your dieting worst, and focus on being good during that hour, you're bound to improve your overall success rate!
