What is going on?!! Why am I not losing more weight? I have NOT cheated, and I am consuming significantly less RDI than what I should be. I am not eating any grains, especially wheat! I have exercised every day.....so what is the deal?

182.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you being honest about tracking? (all those bites, licks and taste add up). Are you drinking water (water flushes out sodium)? Are you eating too many processed foods? (they contain a lot of sodium). Are you exercising?(the more muscle you build, the more calories you burn at rest and the more easy it is to lose). Are you getting enough lean protein and high fibers foods? (protein and fiber fill you up more and protein helps burn calories and build muscle). Just some things to think about. You may need to play around with your calories. Try a week of eating 1400 a day and see what happens. You just have to keep trying different things till you find what works.
