Actually I didn't eat very much yesterday, I have noticed a pattern, skipping meals seems to make me gain weight, probably just water. I need to keep eating at least small meals consistently.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
