LAZY DAY..good tuesday morning..gloomy outside today..hit an miss on rain today..so gonna be cloudy an cooler today..no 70s like they first said..rode yesterday on my day off..wasnt tired enough to take the day off..not sure about today..need to take a day off...but will just have to see how the day progresses..long as i feel like i have energy then will probably do a workout on trainer..have been seeing more people riding by..makes me want to get my road bike off trainer..but gonna hold off long as i can before taking it off..room is set up with a fan in front of bike..an when it starts getting warmer..air will be turned on..so no big rush in not knowing what the weathers gonna be like that day..even been thinking of getting a new trek bike an leaving cannondale on trainer year round..right now just thoughts..

ive noticed that eating healthier tends to make my hair grow faster..got hair cut yesterday..told hair stylist..seemed like i was coming in more often..use to be every 4-5 months ..seems like i was just there couple months ago..

well not alot to type today..

riding up hills isnt my strong persuit..i would be one on bicycle getting passed by ...by a runner..lol
