Omg I was so bummmmmmmmed today. Today was my first weigh in since starting this fast 7 days ago. There's a few of us that meet to weigh in and discuss our week. The host took my original weight which I logged and then took my weight today but recorded it as down just point 2. I went from 150.6 to 149.4, that's a whopping 1.2!!! I feel so much better about that number. I worked really hard today and wasn't going to give up but the number is much better than I thought it's success. It's a start.
149.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
