I walked more than usual and worked out every other day. I hit 6 out of 7 days for exercise. I gained weight. Could this be muscle growth? Just asking. I am not down just curious. I am alive and healthy and can work out so I am not complaining. Upside is that my clothes are fitting better and I am sleeping better. Here's to a new fruitful week to everyone!
255.2 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Could totally be muscle. I didn't lose weight for over a month but my clothes kept getting looser. Hang in there!!!!

Worked muscles retain fluid in the repair mode - so when you exercise extra it may seem you have gained.

I would guess that it is water weight from working out and getting your puffy on. If you are sore the water may leave when the soreness does. Congrats on putting in the work!!!

Thanks for all the information and support. You are right. It is better to keep pounding and the results will eventually come. By the way, I have noticed that my clothes do fit better. I guess that is the ultimate goal of doing this is to feel and look better for my daughter's wedding and the future.
