:(!!!!! Why?!? I guess a drop is a drop...Cant seem to get below 80. But all the rice and potatoes I was eating this weekend are reflecting in my weigh in.The weather today is not going to make it easy though. No point dwelling on that! New week, new goals. Happy Monday all..

Most people are always at their heaviest on Monday morning after indulging on a weekend. Seeing a drop on a Monday morning is actually awesome!

Really? Thanks...do you think I should move weigh ins to Friday then?

Most of us weigh everyday but only record our Thursday or Friday or Saturday morning weight as an official weight. The Saturday morning weigh in can be influenced by Friday night's activities so if you eat out you may be heavier on a saturday morning compared to Thurs or Fri morning.
