Well,

This is yet another attempt of mine to lose weight. I have been pretty sedentary as I am waiting for my school to begin again. I hope to move around more as I have to get to classes and such. I had lost a lot of weight unheathily and when I started eating again, I ballooned up to 151 lbs, and I am trying to fight it down. I am also hoping to start exercising more at a local Curves. I have heard that they work wonders.

They say people who exercise have a much higher rate of keeping the weight off. If you focus on healthy eating and exercise, you will do great.
