today is me week food prep day and im totally on a low cal soup kick. this website has a great recipe for Thai pea soup. its only 55cals per cup and its really hearty and yummy! i also made some even lower calorie broccoli egg drop soup - 35cal per cup! i'm no added salt this week so instead of salt i put a teaspoon of soy sauce and it was delicious! i also made some snacks of cream cheese chicken pickle roll ups which are 10 cals each. they rock! more Im prepared for healthy eating all week long!

Glen- the soups are all on fatsecret. I got on my computer and did a recipe search for low calorie soup and got the list. Also the recipe for carrot slaw is on here. I used stevia liquid as the sweetener. The best tasting low cal soups they have on this site (ive made all of the ones under 100 cals) are: thai pea soup, broccoli egg drop, winter squash soup (i omit the nutmeg...gag) and the chicken cabbage (i add a can of rotel to the mix)
