Valentines Dinner at Mandarin - a Chinese Buffet. They now have calorie counts on everything which is good, I probably ate half of what I would have not knowing the calories! 1 BBQ rib was over 200 calories, I would have had at least 2 before, but I only had one. I didn't count up my calories, but did go for the lower counts, Hot & Sour Soup over Won Ton Soup, and one ladle instead of 2. Maybe next time I will keep a running count just for interest sake! So that was my cheat night - back to normal today!
