I was meaning to start the "healthy diet" on Monday of this week, having given myself some extra time after Christmas festivities to figure out a diet plan, etc. Then Monday I had a craving for sour candy while out running errands, and suffering from a lack of willpower, I purchased some (among other, snacky/unhealthy things) at Bulk barn. I have since been eating that stuff each night after dinner. Bad me!

I'm struggling with figuring out a decent meal plan that's comprised of food I like, yet food that is low-calorie and healthy (ie: not tons of sodium, etc.) I'm not doing so well. Have even contemplated joining Weight Watchers Online, but don't really want to spend $65 right now on something that I can mostly get for free elsewhere. I just have to become more diligent with sticking to a plan. And I really need to figure out good meals to take with me to the restaurant on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights that don't require any type of heating up. What to do, what to do...

Anyways, I'm going to go look for my motivation.
