Happy Saturday morning buddies!

I've been MIA for a couple of days..too much life going on :) I've been eating healthy but not logging.

My WOE is great but my busyness has been making me forget to drink my water. I'm working on that today.

Yesterday, my FIL gave us 5 days notice that he and his wife are coming for a visit on Wednesday. It's too short notice for me to take a day off, so hubby will have to entertain them during the day. I definitely needed one more thing on my plate of 'to-do'. FIL is lucky I love him so much, lol.

Otherwise, there are lots of new things going on with my side business...all good!...that will probably affect my eating somewhat. I tend to barely eat during these times but will really try to keep my same exercise and WOE the same.
