Will take standing still over a Red Arrow any day. Have the Monthly Luncheon tomorrow to deal with and it's a 3 day weekend! I am strong and I will not give in to temptation. If it ain't in the house, I don't need it!
268.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

just stay busy .. and fillup on low carb things ..i keep hard boiled eggs still in the shell they keep longer.. and some fat bombs...... so... take care of YOU
