Happy Friday! Guess who broke 250!? This girl 🤗! only by .4 but its done lol technically 20lbs down since my weight loss started. i have the skinniest hands & fingers, i have a slight glimpse of a clavicle, and I've hit my ankle on the bed so much lately I've noticed the bones showing there too....long story short im only noticing weight loss in areas that have nothing to do with my clothes being tighter...49 more lbs to go. Lets hope i lose some in the rear. Have a good weekend!
249.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 18.0 lb a week

I feeling the same way.. But other people are saying that I've lost--so I'm just waiting to see the great difference in my clothes. Hang in there greater days are coming...

Every 10 pounds you lose is usually a lower size. When I weighed 200 I was a size 20. Now I am a size 14-16 which looks good on me. For inspiration, go try on clothes! If that doesn't keep you on track nothing will.
