Not eating at night is one of the hardest things for me, especially when my son wakes me up in the middle of the night :l When he was a newborn (when I gained a lot of this weight), I lived off of snack foods and chocolate. I was in survival mode with postpartum depression. If I want this weight gone I know I have to break bad habits like eating at night, snacking on chocolate and snackfoods, and not having any willpower. I have to keep reminding myself: I can do this. I have to do this.

You got this. So, somewhere I read that after 4 weeks of doing something the habit forms. I have the same problem and I'm going to test this also.

your body processes food whether you eat it at two AM or two PM exactly the same. maybe snacking healthier is something you might try. yogurt is a great latenight snack. filling sweet and if you shop well there are lower calorie and or lower carb options. Not sure where you are but if you are near a Kroger they have an awesome lowcarb yogurt in awesome flavors. I love the banana cream pie. if your like me and like a bit of sweet one tablespoon of raisins is great for that. But be careful you can add a lot of calories if your not careful. my hubby likes crunch so he adds a tablespoon of Kashi to his. Fiber one has 90 calorie brownies. But remember they have fiber in them. too many and your friends won't want to sit by you. with a bit of research you can find low cal snacks that are satisfying and filling and good. best of luck to you...
