I've been looking around online at what I should be trying to achieve in regards to the RDI of macro nutrients, sugar and fibre. Here is what I've found:
Carbs 50% (225g) Fat 25% (50g) Protein 25% (112g)
Fibre 25g Sugar no more than 40g of added sugar
50g of sugar = 200 calories
Looking back at my diet diary, I've been doing pretty good this past week. I feel in the swing of things, focused, determined, motivated, happy. I sure hope this feeling continues!
