The journey continues...most of the time it is not too difficult. I do have cravings for coffee creamer and sweets. I am winning the fight with the cravings right now.
Breakfast was a Kashi granola bar. First time I tried one. Very Good! Lunch was a Southwestern Char-grilled salad from Chick-fil-a. I am unsure what supper will be tonight. I am thinking that tilapia and baked fries sounds pretty good.
