Bought a new scale today. It measures body fat and water as well as weight... kinda neat. I'm hoping that this new "toy" will help me in my journey, back to bikini body which I haven't seen in 15 years.
I run/walked 2miles in 40minutes today. Run 1min and walk 5min, I pray that my shins will strengthen.
