I suggest figuring out how many calories you use a day and target eating around 300 less (since I know I usually eat more calories unknowingly). For me, I would do 1500 calorie goal.

Congratulations!! Keep doing your exercises and slowly add more to your diet. Remember eating how you did before is what made you need to lose 163 lbs. It's OK to eat poorly occasionally as long as you keep moving and eat healthy the majority of the time. I tell all my friends I started exercising and eating well to lose weight, I keep doing it so I can have pizza and beer ;)

eating as before will get you back the pounds. my opinion: check how much percentage of body weight you have lost and use portion reduction and calorie counting to maintain your new weight. your food portions cannot be the same as before. WHAT IVE DONE IS IVE RETURNED ALL FOODS WITH SMALER PORTIONS AND MORE SPACING BETWEEN WITH WATER REMAINING AS WAS DURING WEIGHT REDUCTION. I am close to my goal weight by 8 pounds.

Just add things in slowly and in small amounts and you'll be fine. :-)
