Went for a 35 minute walk around with my pitt bull. we both had fun...been too long. Just moved to Florida from New Jersey so it is great to have this beautiful weather. 30 pounds to go.

1215 kcal Fat: 31.69g | Prot: 43.96g | Carb: 192.69g.   Breakfast: strawberries, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, better oats organic raw oatmeal with flax. Lunch: tomato, 2 large eggs. Dinner: uncle bens rice with butter and garlic, publix wild berry crumb fat free yogurt, french cut green beans, earth balance. Snacks/Other: dried figs, swiss miss diet hot cocoa, benefiber cherry pomegranate powder, publix pear and vanilla yogurt. more...
