I'm going to up my fat this week by just adding avocados to everything. Maybe unsweetened coconut, too. Adding avocado to my shake this morning was NOT the right move. I love avocado, but it does not go well with my current flavors.

I am desperate to get back on track. I only went to the gym twice last week because I got my foot tattooed and couldn't wear shoes. I still ate mostly healthy, but admit I strayed over the weekend. Today is the one-year anniversary of a traumatic event and I'm feeling particularly depressed. I still got up, went to the gym, and I'm now at work... Even though all I want to do is be in bed all day.

Hopefully this week will be a week of progress.
