Started Biggest Loser challenge at work with a team of three. We have private bet between the three of us for 10.00 from each person for the one who loses the most in the next two months.
We weighed fully clothed and with shoes on so I am starting at 167.5.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
