The scale is definitely becoming my worst enemy. At some point it'll start going the other direction. Did 2 days of yoga this week, lifting has begun to make all my muscles tight. It has made a difference in a short amount of time. Have a great Friday and weekend everyone.
224.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
