My scale says one thing in the AM and another in the PM. yesterday morning it consistently read 203.3lbs and then last night it read 205.1lbs and this morning it read 203.1lbs. SO basically, because i have no clue what I weigh and which is most accurate, I averaged last night's and this mornings weights and got 204.2lbs and then I just rounded down to 204lbs... just in case I am really 203. I hate that the scale is being so weird lately now that I am so close to that below 200lbs mark. Its frustrating because getting out of the 200's is my first major goal and I feel like if things keep going like this I will never know when I'm actually at that goal, which sucks
204.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hi! I know the feeling, my scale does that alllllllllllll the time... I have noticed I seem to weigh less in the morning, so I just try to weigh myself at the same time everyday :) keep up the great work! I can't wait until I can be at the 200 mark!

Your weight tends to be higher at night b/c off everything you've comsumed that day. When you weigh in in the mornings you're a little lighter b/c you've gone to the bathroom and it's probably been awhile since you ate. I just tend to weigh at a consistent time and use that as my weight!
