Got back on plan the last few days and have started to lose the weight. Sometimes I get tired of thinking about what goes into my mouth and just grab what's convenient. I am worth this hard work and I am doing this for me.
125.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

This sounds familiar, as I am making my kids plates....their food looks much better than what I am eating and I tend to take a bite or two...I have to stop this nonsense....

I know. It's the little bites that are catching up with me. I will be doing TO this weekend to get myself back on track. Wish me luck...

Best of luck. Take off always works for me, I will do it again next week, I usually lose about 3-4 lbs, two lbs after the two days then I lose another 1-2 lbs four days later. Have a goodo weekend. Brandi
