Hallow Dieters

I started dieting 5 years ago. Since then, I've been yu-yu dieting which s the worst thing you could go through.
Since then, I have noticed several things one of that the first ever diet I started was the easiest one while I am struggling now to lose weight even with double the amount of workout compared to my first diet. It seems your body adapts and stores your diet trials in a memory to try to fight against your tries each time.

My Current Diet
Started 5 weeks ago. After nearly 9 month off every kind of activity
And because dieting (Men & Women) has two main categories of concern. I will state my numbers for those two categories
Overall Numbers
Height: 170 cm
Age: 38
Total Weight: 94 KG
Waist Size: 106~107 (Semi Full)
Diet Plan: Ketogenic (Low carb)
Strategy: Lose weight the way that preserve muscle mass if not increase it !!. Yes, believe it, you can do both at the same time and any onne tells you that it's impossible is a total dump
Inspired from:
The Ultimate Diet 2.0 By Lyle McDonald

Results of 5 weeks: (Used to be better in the past on same diet)
1- Weight Gain From LBM (Lean body mass)
about 2 kg (may be more) supported by the increase of 30% in weight lifting loads at the gym, more bumped muscle look and a bioelectrical impedance machine at the gym.
2- Weight Loss
Current weight: 90 KG (Full loaded)
Current Waist Size: 101.5~102.5 cm (Semi Full)
Overall weight loss 3.5 KG (~6 KG if we considered muscle gain)
Drop in B.F% (25% B.F. to 22%) according to machine (might not be accurate)

I want to give you an Idiea about how hard this diet trial is.
2 years ago ... I followed the same diet and I lost in one month 6 KG and 8 cm of my waist size.

Just wanted to share with you my experience. Do you have any thoughts or any comments? any advice

I think your diet is way too complicated. here s an easy way eat a half of what you normally eat when you gain weight. and since you want to retain muscle make sure you have a regular gym schedule and you are done. forgive me coz i like elegantly simple and effective.

Thank you johnmwoya for your advice. It is as I mentioned in my journal, my body is adapting to my efforts to lose weight, genetics also play some rule all against my will to get lean. That's how God created our bodies to fight Famine and starvation. This is why it's getting complicated and it should be. I eat around 1200 Cal/Day which is nearly half of what gets me gaining weight on week and and before full body weight training day, I consume around 4000 Cal for about 24 hours to level up my hormones and fuel my training loads
