So far today my foot has been ok & the food has been fine with the low protein via absence of meat. It's going to be hard I think seeing we went to the store and bought food that doesn't help my gout problem. We have a couple of meals that work into the diet and I just have to be extremely cautious to what I eat now. I know God will help me through this so I'm not really worried at this point, just seemed to be a setback I wasn't expecting.
