i'm starving to death i swear. this 1400 cal is tough. plus i walked very fast for about 35 minutes. good news is i could do it! bad news is i'm so freaking hungry. time to brush teeth and try to sleep. once i brush teeth and put in my retainer by that time my stomach usually calms down.
