Hi Johanne, just popped in to say hi to my buddies. Never forgotton all of you. I am trying again too. Tired of carrying my weight around, got used to it I guess, but now it feels a nuisance now and doesn't belong there. My highest weight was 92 kg. November I was 91 kg. I asked my practice nurse if she would weigh me very 2 weeks, needed that commitment as we get too set in our ways, don't we? So now I am 84 kg. I will be 69 on March 20 th and will be under 13 stone then for the first time in years. Normally I would only weigh myself once a week however I am weighing on Mondays and Thursdays to keep my intention and focus up. I am finding this is keeping me in line. Take care, much love Sazy.
