I'm fat. I wasn't always this fat. After the last motorcycle accident (I really hate being able to say "the last.") I gave up on being active for a year or so partially due to pain and partially due to apathy.

I went from about 305 to 35X in the last two years.

Now I need to undo this self-inflicted damage.
