Three weeks since restarting documentation on site. Thought scale malfunctioned because no indication of weight loss given deficit between intake and burn; tested it and it records accurately. I taste keytones, especially in the morning, and the small fat deposits at hips have all but disappeared.

Increased pump length on weight training by 30% on 1/05; maybe adding muscle to replace water/fat loss? Seems implausible.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
