Well, I had my first weigh in today and I've lost a total of 4.5 pounds. YAY!! SO excited!!! My buddy hasn't been following her diet plan this week, but hopefully next week will be better for her. :) She's been raiding the vending machines at work all weekend, but I have been strong!
