very exited gotmy abcircle today. I can feel the burn from it. my husband is going to start walking with me everyday to help me stay on the right track with my diet and exerice. My richard simmons dvds should be here any time. I plan on doing walking everyday unless it's raining for 30 minutes after work. and after diner doing the ab circle five days a week. and on weekends I plan on doing my richard simmons dvds. My goal is to reach my ideal weight of 130 pounds by my 42nd birthday. with encouragement from my family I know that I will be able to do it.
