i knew i was going out right after dinner tonite. so i walked before dinner rather than waiting till after i got back home. so glad i did that. so tired now i can go to bed! workout was done! sunday i'll hit the gym for sure. maybe tomorrow if i can get to it.stayed 100 % on program today. hungry now. i hope that's a sign weight loss is happening. i'll feel better once i brush my teeth. the hunger settles down around that time. almost there.....
