Whoop Whoop!! I've been concerned about all the fat I've been taking in... like it just seems like too much so getting on the scales this morning was pretty exciting! 4 pounds down in 8 days is pretty exciting!
179.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Congrats on the success, keep it up. And you're doing good job getting fiber into a LCHF diet, IMO that's important to long term health.

I was telling my husband yesterday it seems hard to have room for veggies and I feel wrong to not be getting my veggies in. It takes up all my carbs but that is ok.. gotta have my greens!

It's amazing isn't it. Granny with her butter on vegetables, food cooked with real fat, real fat for chips, was right and food data wrong.
