After my gluttony filled weekend in Vegas two weekends ago, I am finally back on track. Lots of sacrifice over the past two weeks, but it's really paying off. I just need to take it one day at a time and remember why I started this journey in the first place. It sucked being overweight and feeling lethargic, but now the energy has resurfaced as well as my attitude towards exercise and dieting.
195.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
