My new weight is not a result of my following a plan; rather, it is a product of having cancer with concomitant chemo and following illness. Sad, but true. Now, as I recover, my challenge is to get healthy, eat healthy and keep the weight off in a healthy manner. Anyone out there in a similar situation?
Sometimes with chemo, all I could get down was sugary, floury substances, and my doctor said to eat for the calories! So now, what diet do I follow? I know it has to be a new lifestyle, and I am still in the same family of heavy eaters, eaters of too much sugar and flour.
