maeday42's Journal, 24 January 2017

Things are going pretty well, getting more exercise and feeling good. My sugars this morning 117 - NORMAL again! Now if I could just find a dessert that I could actually eat. I've made a few and they taste, too, too fakey for me. I'm going to try a peanut butter fat bomb, supposedly it's like a peanut butter cup, one of my favorites. We'll see. Once I find a "Keto sweet" I can eat, I'll be set.

It's weird instead of dreading my doctors appointment coming up at the end of the month, I'm like - Bring it!! I really feel my numbers will be better. I'm trying real hard to stay realistic. Telling myself eating this way might not impact my numbers that quickly, it might take a while. I'm only doing Keto a few weeks, but the hope right now is substantial.

You're doing great, Maeday. Good luck at your doctor's appt. I can relate. When I am off-track, I hate it. But when I am doing good, I can't wait to see the results. Your results are going to be great!

I hope so, last year was a bad year. I've been on every diet plan, but can't seem to stick to the restrictions. However, I think eating Keto is finally the "fit" for me.
