an ok day so far. breakfast was easy lunch i loaded up a little more on knowing that dinner tonight was light in calories. the gout in my ankle seems to be getting better but still not allowing me to go work out at the gym. i've now had to miss a week and it is driving me a little crazy. any good tips out there for foods that reduce risks for gout... anyone? thanks
