Pretty inconsistent since last weigh in. Gained 6 pounds over the holidays.

Began the MOVE weight management program run by the Veteran's Administration. Gave me some good guidelines to work with and some beginning goals.

180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
