Good evening buddies!
This was a very busy day! We left around 8:30am and didn't get home until 4pm. Hubby's surgery went great, and only took about 30 minutes. The rest of the time we just hung out..went to lunch, did some shopping, and took Scrat to the groomer.
We had lunch at Chuy's and I felt overly full, so I just had an apple with peanut butter for dinner. I've prepped overnight oats for breakfast tomorrow and also made chia seed pudding using a recipe I saw on Naturally With Danny Seo. I'm anxious to try it!
I'm off to do kickboxing and a little yoga.

Hi Jen, I tried the chai pudding, and although it waa okay, I probably won't make this particular recipe again. I will look up some other recipes since I am okay with the texture :)
