So of course I started back on course to drop 20 to 25 lbs.
I didn't record my weight because it was the exact same of the last time I weighed.
I am following Fat Smash principles, fruits, veggies, legumes. I will record my next weigh in
On the morning of day 10, Jan 10. My word of the year is FOCUS.
