Thank you for your encouragement. I am feeling much better today. Also that pound I thought I'd gain back, I may be able to keep it off. I've slowly brought my self back to eating, but since my wife is also measuring and counting I didn't over eat at all. The satisfaction was when I put my belt on this morning and am now thinking I'll have to shorten it one hole!
