I did not weigh-in, scale is down and I could not get a replacement battery yet. I took a cheat day yesterday and hope it did not do any damage. I am so powered out already and my class just started. Not sure if I can make it like that for 4 months. And of course, my cortisol level will be quite high with no chance to lower it and speed up the weight-loss process. Quitting is out of the questions, just have to be patient and take one day at a time.

Got batteries so I can check tomorrow morning. I don't think there will be much of a change anyway. Not that I cheated, I am just under so much stress right now and feel "heavy". I was pretty close to throw my EMT class overboard today. I am really not sure if I can mange the pressure for 4 months. Have been studying for 4 hrs and am exhausted. Still so much more to do.
