Started levothyroxine therapy on Wednesday. Suspect it will start making weight more difficult to lose. We shall see. Certainly put me on the weight gain journey 17 years ago when some endo tried to shrink a nodule with synthroid. Gained 15 pounds in about 9 months. Took the synthroid for 9 months. And he had the nerve to tell me one thing had nothing to do with the other. Ah, well, time will tell. On tirosint because had half thyroid removed at end of November and I have Hashimoto's disease that is burning up the other lobe. Now going gluten free, hurts to give up craft beer, and still practicing plant based diet with a little fish every week.
146.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
