Eggs for Breakfast, Salad for Lunch, Ricotta Cheese with vanilla and Equal (Very, Very, Good) and once again A whole pot of coffee. Walked 2+ miles. It's Friday night and I want a glass (or two) of wine. Still sticking with Phase I. I have a Halloween Party to go to tomorrow night. I am going to have wine with seltzer. First time in two weeks. I may go to the party early! ; )
142.9 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
