I was at a work meeting today and they provided lunch. It was soup and salad. It was good, but the soup was a tidge salty for me. But I am not a salt person, so who knows. Wondering how that will affect my weigh in tomorrow. I have been drinking a lot of water the last few days, really trying to get that water in. It's much easier for me to drink water in the summer when I am hot, than in the winter.

It's Friday and that is a happy thing!

You should drink a lot of water if you can. That can make you feel less hungry & you should have no trouble getting rid of the water. Good luck.
